Collaborate as a professional
MARI Ref builds on the goal of the MARI Network to advance available medical knowledge on rare or difficult-to-diagnose conditions. The current advances that make accurate diagnoses possible is thanks to the collaborative effort of an international network of professionals. MARI Ref accepts editorial submissions year-round addressing any of the following:
- Novel findings or technology to improve disease outcomes
- Key criteria that could help trainees with difficult diagnoses
- Criteria that are often overlooked and give rise to gender, age, and racial disparities

General Submission Guidelines
- Submissions should be 2000 - 4000 words, any supporting material will be submitted as Supplemental Information.
- Include a 1000 word statement for our mainstream readers. This statement should answer at least one of the questions:
- If your submission includes figures, send up to three (3) figures in-text and as separate files. Figures should be sent as .png or .jpeg files.
- Include the title and affiliation of each author as a part of your submission.
